Your website is doing more work than you think

For most Kenyan businesses, the website is the first interview, and it runs before you have said a word. Someone searches "bakery in Westlands" or "structural engineer Nairobi," lands on your site on a phone, on mobile data, sometimes with one bar of signal. In the few seconds before they decide to stay or tap back, the site has to load, make sense, and look like a business worth paying. Most sites lose people right there.

We build the opposite. We set a page-weight budget at the start and check the finished site on a real mid-range Android before launch, rather than only on the laptop it was designed on. Pages read clearly at arm's length on a small screen, and put the one thing a visitor came for (your menu, your services, your phone number) within a thumb's reach. Speed and clarity are where we start, not a pass at the end.

What a working site includes

A working site is more than a homepage. It's a structure search engines can read, copy that answers the question a customer typed, and a contact path that genuinely reaches you, a form that lands in your inbox, a WhatsApp button, a tap-to-call number. It's also a site you can change yourself: update a price, add a service, post an update without emailing a developer and waiting three days.

We build on modern frameworks like Next.js and wire in a content editor you can use without us, so the site grows with the business instead of freezing on launch day. And every layout is checked at 375px before it is ever checked on a laptop.

How this is built

One page per service, rather than one homepage carrying every keyword. A page about sports injury physiotherapy can rank for that search; a homepage listing nine services competes with itself for all nine. Each page gets its own title, description, and heading structure, and they link to each other so the crawl path is obvious.

Structured data goes in at the same time: LocalBusiness for hours and location, FAQPage where a page answers real questions, BreadcrumbList so results show the path rather than a bare URL. Contact routes to more than one place, because a form that silently fails is worse than no form: an enquiry lands in the inbox and on WhatsApp, and the phone number is a tap-to-call link on mobile.

Built for the Kenyan context

We build for how people here browse and pay. That means light pages that survive a 3G connection and layouts that hold up on the phones people own. Where you sell or take deposits, M-Pesa through the Daraja API lets a customer pay with one STK push instead of copying a paybill number off the screen.

If a clean five-page site does the job, that is what we will quote for. Scoping down is part of the work.

What you get

Mobile-First

We design for phones first, because that's how your customers browse, then scale up for larger screens.

Custom Design

Designed around your brand and your industry rather than adapted from a theme.

Analytics Built In

Analytics and conversion tracking from day one, so you can see exactly how your site is performing.

Common questions

How long does a website take to build?
A standard business website takes 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. More complex sites with custom features can take 4–8 weeks. We'll give you an exact timeline after our first call.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. Many owners come to us with outdated sites that need a complete overhaul. We'll assess your current site and recommend whether to redesign or rebuild from scratch.
Will my site work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every layout is designed at 375px first and checked on a real mid-range Android before launch, then scaled up for larger screens. Most of your customers will arrive on a phone, so that is the screen we design for.
Do you provide hosting?
We can set up and manage hosting for you, or deploy to your existing provider. We usually recommend modern platforms like Vercel for speed and reliability.
What happens after launch?
We offer maintenance that covers security updates, content changes, performance monitoring, and priority support. Your site doesn't end at launch, and neither do we.
